Association of Women Construction Workers of America (AWCWA), Inc. “Building Bridges of Awareness for Women, Minority and Community Construction Workers in the Building Trade Unions Across America!” specializing in Workforce Development and Workplace Oversite.

AWCWA is a national not-for-profit association. Our mission is to advocate for the advancement of women, minority and community construction workers, while working on construction workforce development and workplace oversight of construction projects. AWCWA provides various opportunities for its members as well as well as working with unions and employers to protect and promote the specific needs of women in the construction industry. AWCWA's vision is to offer access to a range of supportive networks to help our members build an economic nest egg for their family's future.

AWCWA Membership is open to anyone belonging to a building trade union or seeking a career in the construction industry. The annual fee are $240.00 paid in full or $20.00 a month with a $25.00 one-time registration required.
